We service all products which we sell. Our hot tub service is second to none. We service any hot tub - bought from us or not. We have our own trained service personnel who receive Sundance (our hot tub supplier) refresher training each year. Our policy is to finish the service on the first visit. To do this we keep over $25,000 of spare parts on hand.
We continue to receive Sundance’s customer service awards each year.
