A sauna is an excellent addition to your health regimen. The heat from a sauna relieves stress by releasing endorphins which also relaxes muscles and soothes aches. Sweat flushes toxins from your system and cleanses the skin. Your cardiovascular system gets a healthy workout from the the change in temperature. And after using your sauna, the decline in endorphins can make you sleep better.

Traditional wet/dry saunas use a heater which heats rocks - it will provide a dry heat or you can ladle water onto the hot rocks to produce steam. Infrared saunas radiate a deep penetrating dry heat with quick preheating. If you like both systems, a hybrid sauna is the answer.
